This study aims to analyse the partnership patterns between CV. Sari Alam, which acts as a vegetable supplier, and local farmers in Mimika Regency. The background to this study is to identify the partnership patterns employed by CV. Sari Alam with vegetable farmers in Mimika Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to describe the form and dynamics of the partnership between the two parties. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations and questionnaires, whilst data analysis was carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research findings indicate that the existing partnership is not yet optimal in empowering farmers sustainably and is not fully based on the principle of mutual benefit. This is supported by a consistency ratio (CR) test value of ≤0.1 in the partnership pattern analysis for the Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) model. Therefore, an in-depth evaluation of the existing partnership system is required so that the business relationship between CV. Sari Alam and the farmers can become fairer, more beneficial and more sustainable.
